As long as I'm in time-saving mode, I'll save Sylvius some too. As a matter of RP, Sylvius would be required to use such a device if one was available --unless he was playing a suicidal idiot that time. Making it optional doesn't help.

Making health regen a game option (like friendly fire) would solve this problem.

However, since we already have limited health regen tied to the difficulty settings, isn't this already the case?

I presume that's not good enough or the thread wouldn't exist. However, the proposed toggle is a better implementation. (The probability is still zero -- again, design intent.)
