I am wondering if anyone has notices this interesting bug.
When I marked the 15th landmark in the Western Approach the following happened
1) The game told me I had found 15 out of 15. {Good}
2) I was given +2 power point. {Good}
3) The "Landmarks in the Approach" vanishes from the Collections Tab. {BUG}
All of my other zones still exists.

I've encountered the same thing a few times. The log entry should reappear at some point.
Oh good to here it should reappear at some point. I went so far and going back a previous save and still not luck...
It has reappeared for me (playing on Xbone). Even if it doesn't, it is hardly a great loss, since you have already completed it, and got the power/influence boost.
