Taking into account passive and active abilities, what is the fastest character without Adrenaline Modules? My best guess would be the Alliance Infiltration Unit with an active Repair Matrix utilizing the rank four Survivability, granting a 20% speed boost on top of her already quicker than normal movement speed. Although there are other abilities that come to mind such as Annihilation Field which can also be specced to grant a 20% movement speed bonus as well. Then you've got the drell characters.

 

This question simply crossed my mind while playing through the first game, and I figured I would ask you lovely people. I'm sure someone else has wondered this same thing and that you've got the answer without me having to go and do a bunch of "science" on the third game. Thanks for any responses in advance!

Sorry I didn't look around, no need to be rude, I simply asked if anyone had the answer. Thanks for the replies I guess, I just wanted to be silly the next time I play and use the fastest character with Adrenaline Modules and zoom around the maps while my friend plays a Juggernaut.

Also just to point out, that data is from 2012, a bit out of date, and does not include a majority of DLC characters. Assuming that by the basic movement speeds he is referring to the basic Human characters, that data only refers to about 35 different characters. If I recall, there are 63 characters available to us now. Hence why I asked the question, because I didn't remember seeing any serious data on it lately.

Bauza has the fastest Jugg I've seen for sure.Hell,he can even take hard cover and slide over obstacles.That's the power of black space magic.

Don't overlook the Cabal - she has a 25% speed bonus which doesn't require depriving other grenade users of their damage output.  And she can teleport, which probably makes her the fastest overall around the map.
