So, here is a fun warning they DON'T give you when you go to put in your Cerberus code, that it will be linked to your account apparently. Anyway here is my issue.

Apparently I have 2 Bioware accounts, and now, my Cerberus codething is on one account, and ALL MY OTHER DLC STUFF is on this one, including my Dragon Age Origins stuff. So, am I screwed? Or Can I get access to my stuff without spending money on a new code so I can log in?

Or am I just confused. My Cerberus computer thing is open, but it tells me my Inferno Armor and Blood Dragon armor are no authorized. Is there a way to fix that?

EDIT: Ok, so a breakdown on what happened.
1. It asked me to put an EA account name down (not Bioware), So I did.
2. It asked for my Cerberus Code, So I put it in.
3. It then brought me to this site and told me to make a new account.
4. I did, not realizing this was the same Bioware site I had my Dragon Age stuff on (I thought it was a different site)
5. Now my Cerberus stuff is on that EA account, and everything else (the nice things) are here.

EA / Bioware seem to have a problem with switching a code from one account to another (or even accepting a new code?). I will be able to give further detail in a day or two when EA decides to get back to me in order to resolve the problem caused by their misleading and confusing instructions.

A lot of people don't realize that your Bioware account is an EA account and it can lead to problems.

EA Support has probably been handling a lot of cases like this today. Contact them at http://support.ea.com/

I already did, ( I also read your thread Dizzy). I just got home from work and now I might as well wait to play ME2 until this logistical mess gets sorted out. Live and learn though, EA can really make a good thing awful. Unless the Cerberus code was Bioware's idea.. in which case that's just sad.

Same exact problem here. I signed into the game using my other email address, which was my EA account, and apparently the Bioware one is an EA account as well.

I have all my dlc on my Bioware account, and I signed into the network using my other account! Need HELP!!

I submitted a support email to EA. Hopefully, it gets resolved asap! Man.. I feel like an idiot, but it really wasn't clear when signing into the game.

Ok.. I chatted with EA support and they were able to move my Cerebus Network Code to my other account! Yes! I'm logging into the game to see if it worked. I'll update...

I find the game won't let me log in at all. It says my password doesn't match my e-mail. It's the same one I used for Dragon Age. I asked it to change the password, but it won't accept the new one either. I have all this DLC I can't access.

If you try to log into Cerberus in game, it doesn't seem to like passwords with special characters (anything not a number or letter). It kept telling me my pw did not match the one tied to my email address and so I came back to the site, changed my password to something simpler and it let me log in just fine back in game.

Thank you! I always have symbols and numbers in my password. I redid it removing them and could log on.

This is one of the few good things about staggered releases; you Americans get to beta test BioWare's broken DRM.
