Most under-appreciated: Arcane Warrior. So many people hate AW because of reasons like "they don't resurrect teammates" or "they always rush ahead" without understanding that it is the optimal way to play the AW.   That is why they hate them.  The optimal way to play them is to be totally non team.  It works the best and is better for success but that doesn't make it fun.

Most under-used: Obviously Alchemist. It's much easier to say what she has going for her than what she doesn't have going for her. Basically, she's got fire flask, and I can't think of any other redeeming qualities of hers. I bet she feels she should have just stayed trapped underground.

   Just fire flask?

Knock out powder, frost flask and shadow strike.  Shes and exceptional crowd control dynamo.

How does knock out powder fit into your rotation? I might try it.

Once you get some good defensive gear on him and learn to rotate through his Guard generating abilities in a timely fashion, he's a solid tank that will probably never go down. I used to feel the same way as the TC mentioned, but then when I wanted to get my 1H weapon challenges done I started to like him more simply BECAUSE he was practically invincible.

The Lego generates little XP. I believe most people play Perilous for XP, as well as the challenge of playing it. If one is looking for completion or Gold, Threatening is the right difficult (and there a Lego would not be necessary anyway)

I had some Lego Perilous runs with my friends a few days ago when it became shockingly clear; 3 Mages + 1 Lego gave us 19k Team XP. Changed the Lego for an AW the Team XP increased to 28k. Maybe with a different setup the Lego could have earned more XP, but the AW can still generate more XP virtually in all situations, giving me no reason to choose a Lego over it for a similar role. I believe the Lego should be able to earn more XP by taunting and tanking, but that is up to Bioware.

I would say the AW is, despite of what some BSNers may think, an unappreciated class, PUG or not.

I run in stealthed, toss knock out powder on half the spawn and run past, hit frost flask and then attack the rear of the 2nd part of the spawn.  The frost attacks along with shadow strike can usually take care of or slow down the one half.  The other half are out of the picture for a few seconds. You can often re-stealth before being a major pin cushion.  If you have a solid team they will quickly take down the rest of the spawn.

Obviously it is riskier on perilous but still effective if your team is on the ball.  Threat you can pretty well solo a lot of spawns, but perilous you need some backing.
