please. No one was able to help me.....please....  :crying:   :crying:   :crying:

I can not log in to my SWtOR game. It keeps saying log in service currently unavailable....I have tried every troubleshooting step. Bu no luck.....except for fixlauncher because no matter how many times I reinstalled the game, weather on the existing one or a new install with a new downloaded client, it does not run. Though used LauncherUtilityRepair, but still nothing....please...  :crying:   :crying:   :crying:

Two days ago I could not log in to the account I made through normal connection. Probably becaause BSN and star wars and EA servers are blocked off by my countries "good people". So I have to use a software called hotspot shield. So by using that, I am able to log in to EA and here and SW. But last night in the middle of the game, the software stopped working. The game was running better than ever. But this morning till now, no matter what I do, I can not log in. not Even when I use that certain software.

Help please   :crying:   :crying:   :crying:

Why the f*ck are you creating separate threads for the same issue?

Can only recommend you visit one of these sites

http://www.swtor.com/support

http://help.ea.com/en/

The EA help site does have live chat support available.

I have never had the issue you are having so I can't offer much else aside from the above sorry.

I just visited it.

When you log in select "Help with a Game"

Select "Star Wars: The Old Republic" from the list

Then scroll down and click "Contact Us"

I do so, but then I have to choose a topic and then say a little about my issue. nad then when I hit next, nothing happens. just a message in a  box. And there is nothing below or front of the how do you want to contact us headline.

It's been a while since I needed support but I think you have to click somewhere that you are in the US to get the live chat option.

Try this:

Select "Browse By Topic"

Select "Connectivity/Performance Issue"

Then "Contact Us"

I can get Live chat that way.

Edit: They do have phone service

http://www.swtor.com...00#contact-form

Though charges may apply depending on what your contract is.

I tried it. and this is what it gave me in the end

"How would you like to contact us?

EA's recommended channel:

Support Contact Information

For assistance with your Star Wars: The Old Republic Origin order, or if your Collector's Edition items are missing or damaged, please change product to Origin.

For all other issues regarding Star Wars: The Old Republic, please visit: http://www.swtor.com/support."

and a back botton below it.

Don't type in anything about Star Wars, try putting something generic about a game not starting up in Origin, that should give Live Chat.  It's how I got it (Cna't go further since I don't want to start a chat for a problem I am not having

Again they do have a phone service if you have unlimited long distance or something similar

http://www.swtor.com...00#contact-form

However this could be more an issue with restrictions in your area or a conflict with external programs rather than the game itself after reading you main post a second time.

I tried that one too. Customer services was no good either. As I said, I`d better delete and drop the game for good.  After a long time I was enjoing a game and now it is screwed up like this. thanks to whoever is responsible. Be it my country`s so call authority, Lucas Film, BioWare. whoever.

Now something odd is happening.

Today I finally managed to log in. But surprise was that the game needed to be redownloaded. I was cool with that. But I had to exit the set up/download as my brother wanted to do something with my PC for some reasons. So  exited the game, and when asked " your currently patchng, you sure you want to exit?" I clicked ok.

Now here is the odd part. So when he was done, I went to resume downloading the game, as I had seen it was possible to do and previously before my above mentioned issue, I have done that. But the thing is, it showed my downloaaaaad at -100 percent, while I had downloaded 34 percent of the game. So I exited again, clicked ok, and reopened the lancher, this time it went to 20 percent. I was confused. So closed and opened again. This time, after five minutes, minimum download was finished and showed 62 percent of the full download was done. So I hit ok. The game did not run. So I ran tha luancher again and this time said "maintenance" blah blah blah. And now still the same problem after Maintenance was done. It keeps showing -100 percent download is done. And then shows 25 percent when closed and opened the launcher just now.how is that possible?
