Dota 2 man. I recommend imbibing copious amounts of alcohol while attempting to play it. It was horrible. Luckily booze dulls your mind so it's not so harsh on you in the long run.

How much alcohol would one need to consume to play 880 hours of DotA 2?

Not enough apparently. But good think my PC can uninstall stuff from it's memory, I wish I could. I will never get those hours back.

I think I've had enough boredom in my life thanks thus I'd rather not think about dull stuff. I'll stick to racking up a stupid amount of hours in Age of Empires II tbh.

Ewww... Dota and LoL kiddos know nothing about guud quality. Besides, who is insane enough to spend over 30 mins with 4 other raging nutjobs calling each other names as soon as things aren't going their way?
Especially when you can't teamkill them and tbag them.

I have a friend who is addicted to League of Legends. He pretty much neglects most of his assignments and even sometimes plays through the night. His wife is an addict too, but not as bad. I often see him drinking energy drinks and complaining that he didn't get enough rest. Also another one my friends was really addicted to WoW. As for myself, I do play games a lot but I try do the necessary tasks first so I could play in peace.
Is he skinny, have yellow teeth and hair growing long?

In all honesty, DotA 2 is okay for a spin once every 8 months. ![]()

And you wonder why I never liked you.
Good luck roping me into that.
Unless I'm inebriated.
Or you get me a bottle of scotch in exchange for making me play such a game.
Alternatively, you could just kill yourself.

I'm very addicted to games, I generally play 7-12 hours a day. I'm either listening to 2Pac or I'm playing Video games.

i think i was addicted to WoW when i was at the university, it didn't affect my results (i always loved my major, still do). playing seems like more fun than destroying liver with friends.
anyway, my life is empty without a PC - doesn't really matter if it's game, a technical book or eclipse - i sometimes forget to eat or sleep, people who interrupt my trance are mortal enemies ![]()
real life has awesome visuals, but the grinding, the story and NPCs... boring as hell, ugh

I've put countless hours in Destiny.... I've put more time into that game in four months than I have in Halo Reach and 4 over two years.
What the hell is wrong with me?
Almost every Tuesday.

Then if you ever play Age of Empires 2 with our whole group, get ready to judge us all m8. We've all played DotA 2. As shameful as it is.

It's an interesting question, as I'm an aspiring developer. I would say I'm more addicted to understanding video games (and their respective communities) because it'll be a part of the job. But no, I don't think I could ever stop playing, watching, listening, experiencing.

Heh, if I did, I can assure you it'd be no sooner than Yamaoka's signature. But even at that point the fellowship wouldn't be complete without the likes of Chris Pruett, CJ Melendez, and a handful of other brilliant survival horror minds that are, unfortunately, only recognizable now within certain inner circles formed from remnants of once great discussions. History is sufficient, though. Silent Hill's legacy will forever transcend Silent Hill.
In any case, my part wouldn't be that of the lobbyist, despite seriously admiring guys like Suda, Zampella, and Bleszinski. I'm more of a Burch, in truth lol.
