Can you help every time I do this quest after the fight nothing happens. I get stuck in the area how can I get out? How do I get Lord Pel Harmond to show up?

And I thought they fixed that...
Had that glitch too - setting (only) the quest to active, taking only sera with me and using the dialogue option in the middle (when you arrive) fixed it for me.

That happened to me once, I had to reload to just before talking to Sera at Skyhold and do it over again, it was fine then.
