Who's Michael Pachter?
He is a "video game, social media, digital media, and electronics analyst" who works for Wedbush Securities. Apparently he is well known and quoted in the press. He only knows what insiders are willing (or want) to tell him.

I always assumed ME4 would come out Q1 next year, but you never know. I'm going to take Pachter's prediction with a truckload of salt.

Michael Pachter is always wrong so that means it is coming after April, 2016.
He did call nintendo mobile for a while and it happened.

The whole time he had his show at gametrailers, he was a securities analyst for Wedbush. His day job is securities. The game stuff was a side show because journalists could always get a quote from him.
