I'm at the last level but I have a few questions first, will I lose any missions after I beat this level for example way of the tempest, assasin... Also I have a lot of other side quests to do, if I beat this level now can I still do everything later or are some things erased? I just need to know if I should beat the main story yet, I'm level 19 at the moment.

Is it worth completing all of them? I only completed Coles companion guest, if I skip them will I lose anything important?

It will make a difference to their relationship with you, which in the case of the candidates for Divine may be significant, certainly in the outcomes you are given in the epilogue.  With others it just advances your relationship with them whether as a friend or romance.   Add all the companion quests together and you miss out on a fair bit of content as some even give you new areas to go to. 

 

If you haven't done your specialism quests, I think that would be a good idea too, although the teachers are still around at the end.
