Hi all!

It's a bit offtopic, but I need help with a problem with Photoshop and as many of you use it, I wanted to ask.

I'm manipulating a logo so that it's readable on a dark background. I used Outer glow, and it worked perfectly on the first version of the logo:

But then I use exactly the same effect on the Spanish version of the logo, and it barely shows!

The original file is a .psd; I've tried converting it to .png and it has the same problem. I also tried copying and pasting just the letters on a new layer, but nothing seems to work. I'm sure there must be something different on the image, but I can't put my finger on it. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!  ^_^

You can manipulate how the outer glow looks in the blending options menu. If you click on "Outer Glow" there should be a box there with sliders labeled "Spread" and "Size". Fiddling around with those should make the glow more visible.

I hope this helps  :) If you still want to ask something, don't hesitate! I'd like to help.  :D

Yes, it did!

I had been fiddling with those two, but never tried reducing the spread. Setting "Spread" to 0 and "Size" to 50 did the trick. Thank you so much, pro!!  <3
