WHO IS THIS??? I have been wondering this since I started playing the game when it came out and now, coming up on finishing my 38th playthrough or something....I am still confused....

Yeah her, where did you get this information? Kinda disappointing if she's just art...was kinda hoping for some visit to her later or something lol
Only reason I know is because the Dragon Age Wiki uses her picture for the Magi Origin page

She actually reminds me of a younger version of DA2's Flemeth more than anything else.

She's one of the promotional art character for Origins. Surana, Cousland, Tabris, Broska, Aeducan and Mahariel all got their fancy little icon characters and a bit of flavor text for their Origins. (You can read them on the wallpaper picture.) Amell got nothing, but I suppose Amell and Surana are basically the same.
(Always loved the text Tabris got. You still have your other eye indeed.)
Interesting. I still think she looks like a younger version of DA2 Flemeth, though.
