Edit:  on topic, 460 hrs is way too early to complain about not having a Lancer.  Try 1000 hours or join the master race.

It was the same for me. It took me 3 full years(2 years if you count since Lancer's release) to finally get it. 3 full years playing since the demo and I still don't have a max manifest, missing Venom and Spitfire.

2450 hours and some change - basically 2451 hours.  I've had everything for so long  I can't even remember when I maxed my manifest - but I remember being really happy when I finally did.

 

As I recall,  my last upgrade was a Lancer X.  Well played, BioWare.

For the OP:  There is a club that you may be interested in.  It's called .... the No Lancer Club.  It seems like the Lancer is the last UR unlock for a lot of people.  I was a member myself until well over 400 hours.  I still only have the Lancer I, which sucks, because I really love the gun.  Like, seriously - it's one of my favorite guns.  It's not very effective at level 1 though.

The Hurricane is the weapon I was most lucky with.  I had the Hurricane VIII before I even hit 200 hours, because during the weekly challenges, I kept getting Hurricane after Hurricane.  But... the Hurricane is awesome even at level 1.

It is an unfair comparison, cuz even at X the Lancer is nowhere near as good. 

 

With that said, the Saber is the best AR, followed closely by the Falcon.
