I noticed the Keep allows you to choose Gaspard or Gaspard/Briala as ruler of Orlais, but that only checks that Celene was assassinated. The Keep still lets you keep Florianne alive even if Gaspard or Briala & Gaspard rule but I believe Florianne has to die for either of those two to become ruler, as well as Celene. Am I wrong and there is a way to keep Florianne alive and Gaspard/ Gaspard & Briala ruling?

I never kill Florianne as I like her to have flat shoes.

As long as your court approval is high enough I believe Florianne alive or dead and the Gaspard/Celene/Briala outcomes are separate.

Or am I wrong?

You can only get Gaspard or Briala ruling if Celene is dead, and if Celene is dead then Florianne has to die as I recall, so I believe the OP is right.
