Late reply, but I got the option to have them all working together when I played the rest of is earlier. I finished with 90 court approval thanks to mingling, coins and making sure to get back to the party quick enough so that I didn't lose too many points, I also had 10/10 Halla Statuettes.. omg the guy in Celenes room.. and lastly I had 25/30 blackmail material. So thank you all for your lovely help, saved me a lot of time XD

If you take Sera and Vivienne, their reactions to the guy in Celene's room is pretty funny! :lol:

I thought so too, but Leliana tells you it's not. One night I did a speed-run for fun and just got 6 Halla so all 3 would work together and then ended the quest after the usual fights. 10 minutes tops and it was over!

That leaves some 4 or 5 statues to spend freely. Does that elven locket do anything, if going for the truce?
