So after MONTHS of waiting for this stupid Signature edition rewards; after months of seeing "we are looking into this for you" every time I log in, FINALLY, something changes, and I see this:

A full week and a half later...

Ok...so apparently, the "we" doesn't refer to The Dragon Age Keep team. Odd.
So...EA support?
Sure! EA Support. I'll just go to their side and email their support tea...oh. They don't DO that anymore. Now our options are "asking other people, or use our support chat." Fine. Let's use support chat.
20 minutes of chat later, and my case has been "elevated to support, and someone will contact me."
That was a week ago.
WHY IN GOD'S NAME WOULD YOU EVEN ADD THE MESSAGE "WE CAN UNLOCK IT FOR YOU" IF NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT?! Who the hell is the "we" in that message, and why is that it doesn't seem like they were TOLD they could unlock this?
Honestly, at this point this is getting pathetic...
