Actually, It doesn't work that way. If you keep bringing up the subject that women aren't strong enough and that they need empowerment, You actually are never going to achieve it. There's a difference between Fem-Nazism and Feminism. Femnazism is believing that all men are pigs and that women are better than them. Feminism is the idea that women should treated as equally as men socially. And to be allowed to do whatever they want without judgment. For example, Women are expected to dress in a certain way or talk in a certain way and they're supposed to be in the "Kitchen" according to many people for some reason. That's why feminism is here. The brilliant Emma Watson took that a step further with her HeForShe Campaign. She stepped up a notch by saying that gender stereotypes affect both men and women when they're just expected to be in a certain way, That pre-set concepts of masculinity and femininity affect us all negatively and should be stopped. And i agree with her, Both men and women should be free to be soft or tough depends on their choices. Gender stereotypes have always confused me.

First of all, I once criticized Emma Watson for her movement, But she proved me wrong. The name of the campaign is merely a symbol to portray that gender equality is a men's issue as well and that men and women should fight it together. Secondly, Since this is a common idea, People should stop thinking of Emma as Hermione.
