I'm not even touching perilous. My lvl 1 Katari will likely die just as easily in routine thank you very much. Each week I continue to play a lot of singleplayer, and each weekend I find another reason to continue playing singleplayer.

We're had how many Perilous extract events?
Perilous players have the same individual event they had last week, except they have to play more games.

The difficulty of the Perilous mission is made up for by the ease of the other mission. You only need 10 levels across several characters, which is pretty easy. I'm sure that's why there are 2 missions this week, one for the advanced players and one for casuals. You can go from level 1 to level 4/5 on a routine after all.

Last week it was completely optional on how to get those points.
This time it's not = Not the same.

Its not a terrible event, hopefully some of the more experienced players can meet up with some newcomers.

If you're a perilous player, it's exactly the same event.

Since there is choice involved, it's not - but you'll argue for arguments sake since you don't even play the game.

Well, since I only started playing mp last sunday, and have only gotten my keeper up to level 9 with sporadic play this week, I'm afraid I won't be contributing much to everyone's success...or - more importantly - benefitting from it lol
Bear with me, I know we unlock new characters by making their armor, but the only schematics I have are for all sorts of different levels of legionnaire. Where might a lowly glorious casual find schematics - loot or store chests? Thanks!!! ![]()

You can craft the other classes armor by scrolling between them using your left/right bumpers.

I'm having an inordinate amount of trouble connecting to lobbies. "Unable To Connect" error 6 times, placed solo in my own lobby 4 times, and connected once with two other players only to be crashed to desktop in the middle of Wave 1. 20 minutes later with nothing but a metallic taste in my mouth.
This may be my first week-end challenge no-show.

This could be a community crash and burn weekend on Xbox One.
The levelling is at barely half the rate it needs to be to hit the 100,000...

It's still typical work hours for pretty much all of North America so it might be early to worry about failing just yet.

Exactly. It's only 4:15 on the east coast and we're all staring at the clocks on our work computers willing the weekend to start in 45 minutes...
Longer wait yet still for the rest of the country, time zones and all.

GreatBlueHeron you can help by providing barriers with the keeper/elementist, or buffing with warhorn on the templar. Take the Healing Mist grenade and use it on others so they can save their potions. Don't charge forward, trigger mobs or open doors unless the carrying players are nearby and ok with doing them. Or at least pick up all the gold pots. I'll tolerate a weak player who does what htey can but not one who plays in a way that brings the whole team crashing down.

Perilous - find decent AW and stick with him for few games.
Gain Levels - promote and quickly gain few levels on any difficulty.

Perilous pugging is not that difficult if you can actually find a lobby. It just requires some sort of cooperation between the players and a bit conservative tactics. On a good day, extraction probability for me is rather high, about 75%. Especially if you bump into another BSNer in the lobby like I lucked out twice last week with April's fool event. It were actually much smoother games with lesser lag than some private lobbies where ppl just rush ahead like headless chicken, aggro everything, die in some far away room, and eventually wipe in zone 5 in about 60 seconds or spirit blade the enemies who eventually die out of boredom.
The main problem is finding a lobby. Another problem is to spawn properly, not in the wall. For some reason, recently, I tend to spawn inside some walls or underneath the map. Can move around there but can't get out. Also, hopefully, there will be more gold lobbies this weekend.
IMO, undergeared ppl who cooperate would have much easier games than 100-promotion ppl with top tier gear who rush and try to solo.

People don't cooperate though.
"Ok before we go into this room let me...... oh you are already attacking"

This is so true...
Tank adopts choke point ready for the mage to 'pull'.
Everyone else runs past into the valley of death...
