Ok iv bin messing around with your ****ing site for like and 2 hours. Iv deleted 3 accounts and tryed to remake accounts and my usernames are all ****ed up and i dont know whats going on. The damn problem is still not fixed!

Ok i have the Special Ed Mass Effect 2 and im trying to redeem the codes. Now i already added the cerberus thing now im trying to add the new content card to my gamertag. The problem! I made an account for Dragon Age awile back. But i have changed my windows live id on that GT resently. Now that its changed im trying to go and redeem the content BUT its says that my windows live email is my old email (the one i changed) not the new one i added on the account. So i whent and made a new bioware account with the new windows live as the email so i could get the content. But it says that the gamertag is a different tag even tho its on my account i will be playing mass effect on. Is there a way i can link my gamertag please or find some way to fix this.

You can but you have to call or live chat with their customer support.



I demand that ALL this preorder nonsense get released for free through the xbox live marketplace because of some many people's troubles. If they had just put LOGIN THROUGH EXISTING IDEA in BIG, BOLD, COLORFUL letters at the top instead of enter email, more people would have thought through and remembered. They also should have issued a warning when inputting your email that your gamertag would be STUCK with that email even if you don't create a profile on Bioware's website. Bioware, I know you tested the game BUT next time... test the other bits too.

So what am i supose to do? i could make a new gt but then i wouldnt have the blood dragon armor or the ceberus thing!

now i cant even log on to my account with the my gt on it. It may be deleted but yet when i try and use that email to make a new account it says its in use.



Bioware you guys fail im sorry but this is just a bunch of bull****. How about you take your stupid wanabe dl content things out of your games and just giv people codes that work in the redeem section of the 360 dashboard

IM so ****ing pissed rite now and i demand somone to fix this for me.



After all some of these stupid games reqire you to make ea accounts to play them and there linked with bioware i guess so its just a bunch of crap.



If you want i could just make a new account and gamertag but i want the codes i payed for. i can give you proof of all the codes iv used already if not and yu guys are going to be stingy then i sugest fixing my stupid account!!!!

Hey chill. I'm in the same boat you're in. EA customer service wakes up in the morning but in the mean time queue up in the live chat support and hopefully you'll get some help there.
