Hi. I see that this is a problem that's been dealt with before but I think I am in need of an employee's help.

I play both DA and ME games. I own all of them via origin and have also played all of them online. I am on PC. This account uses the same email as my origin's (it should anyway, it let me sign in here with the same one).
