Try going through a buzzfeed marathon while you might have been possibly drugged. You are not sure of it but you are sure tommy put some thing in your drink.

I was already aware I'm under no obligation to answer any inquiries posed by police, but thanks for the video, I guess.

Now if only the police were aware of that everything wouldn't be as sketchy as it is.

Very true. Strong-arm tactics are used in all phases of questioning. Some people get overwhelmed in the heat of the moment and slip up. That's why it's the job of the lawyer talk you through it or get you out of there when they turn up the heat.

Then you have a case like Walter Scott, which is very unsettling. I don't condone attacking cops because you don't trust them, but I'm okay with not trusting them. I know I don't.

Sorry but not talking to the police (or not doing any stupid thing they tell you to do) in America is considered 'obstruction of justice' or 'resisting arrest'.

The latter would get you a nice beat down.

In the US, it's fair game for the LEO if he or she yells "stop resisting."  :police:

Especially considering police can have arbitrary conditions of resisting thought up on the fly.

Not really. I'll be perfectly content with telling you people you're corny too as long as you keep on
