I just met her cousin in my game, Maker bless you Inquisition landsharks.

Skyhold at night!

I wish they had a day-night cycle at Skyhold. You can tell they tried to, but they did just enough so you wouldn't notice it wasn't finished. The cutscenes with Cole or The Iron Bull at night are a good start, but you can tell the one with Bull doesn't want you do see the sky and the one with Cole only let's you see one part of it, which admittedly looks great.
Another graphical glitch, sorry I don't have a picture. Anyway, I already killed Vinsomer at the Storm Coast. But when I go back to collect more shards, I see it fighting the giant on the beach again.
I want to thank my computer for gifting me this monstrosity last night.
I would recommend that you check how hot your CPU is running...
By far the best glitch that I've encountered yet:
I've recently had this glitch in my current play through where companions dance behind the people talking or they end up gliding about. I don't have any pictures or videos of this but it always makes me laugh.
What you lookin at?????

Look Servis can levitate:

Lah lah lah, you can't see me!!!!

Man must have snowed glad I have these fashionable boots and clothes on!!!

Lah lah lah, you can't see me!!!!
"They can't see me; I can't see them!" - Caboose
"That's because you're facing the rock..." - Church
I thought I was helping my fellow chevaliers but...
And this looks photoshopped...

but alas...
I dont know if its a glitch exactly, but I find the companions much more annoying than in previous games. Companions before could get in the way at times, but the companions in Inquisition take it to frustrating new levels.
Also, why do companions start taking damage when you're not looking at them and nothing is around? There are no enemies, they're not near cliffs, traps, e.t.c. but they will start taking damage for seemingly no reason.
They get dropped into the world, which often results in them taking phantom fall damage when the game starts warping them around. Also, why do companions start taking damage when you're not looking at them and nothing is around? Man the companions drive me nuts, it's like they are programmed to get in the way, block doors, knock me off cliffs and generally be a nuisance as much as possible!!!! ![]()
And what is it with the bears in this game? When you want to find them you cant, but when you dont you end up with three on you in seconds. Maddening.

The bears are never alone.. Not only do you often end up with 3 or so bears to fight but they always have 3-10 'friends' to drag in for the fun (lyrium smuggles/outlaws/mabari in hinterlands for example). Not counting the times mobs spawn out of thin air right on top of you.
Hafter's Forest in the Hinterlands....... Bear Nightmare
I will admit I turned the party around and benched Varric as soon as we cleared the bears out of the campsite after he cleverly executed a Leaping Shot and pretty much landed right on top of the only bear (out of the 4+) in the area that hadn't immediately charged us. I guess he thought the big guy (or gal?) was feeling left out?
Speaking of Leaping Shot, though...Skills like that and 'Hook and Tackle' are prime reasons why you should never leave a rogue unattended--and even then things don't always work out so well. xD

Playing on the 360 I think that the divide in cosmetic attractiveness between 360/PS3 & ONE/PS4 Leliana is hilarious. On the next gen consoles she looks like a real person, on the 360 she looks like a plastic action figure.

Great. Now all I can think of is Leliana as one of those 'complete with punching action!' figures where you poke her and she just starts going all 'Princess Stabbity' on everyone.

Playing on 360 I take it?
Well, this guy didn't make it easy to be freed...
lol I kept having this issue. I scared them enough to jump up on top of the cage. Luckily, a sacrificial table was nearby so I could jump on top of it to initiate a conversation. I just wished I brought Cole I love his "I'm glad we did that!" or "They were hurting and we helped them!" after every single good deed.

This happened to me too during the Druffalo quest, at first I thought he was charging at them but I noticed his dot was still blue (passive/non-hostile) so I didn't know what to think.
