I haven't had that but my inquisitor is freezing fairly regularly during conversation and can't move unless I fast travel somewhere since the last patch.
That's been happening to me too during battles, but not conversations luckily.

Since patch 7 and no mods, Cullen has a new way to sing "The Dawn Will Come" and it's a disease that also spread to Cole and my Inquisitor. They can't lift their heads!
Here I thought this was just because I was playing a dwarf for the first time. Good to know I am not the only one getting the trouble with lifting heads issue.

Yeah my Female Elf Mage and Female Human Rogue are having those issues. And right before he sings, the camera pans to him, his head is down, arms pinned to his sides. When the solider walks by singing, he side glances at her, but his body is hunched over and not moving.
Don't have a pic but I brought DAI to my friend's house for him to play dragon age for the first time. He kept messing with the ps3 controller's buttons during fights, and during the fight with the Pride demon at the beginning, his character started twirling in a circle... I have no idea what happened, he kept opening and closing the radial menu and pressing all the different buttons trying to figure out how to play, I think he broke the game (momentarily) somehow, this never happened in my two playthroughs of the game. I believe there were other glitches, but I remember this one the most. Needless to say, my friend has no interest in playing DA ever again.
"Never have I seen such terrible graphics and glitches".
You ok there Morrigan?
Blood magic, gotta watch it...
I play on PS4 and got an interesting glitch with spirit mark. For some reason the Giant from the "Chantry Morality Play" as quoted by Dorian in the Western Approach did not die and just stood there and Dorian became an enemy target. I tried attacking the giant only to have Blackwall and Varric keep attacking Dorian.
For fun, I decided to send Dorian into the fade and he never came back physically. He was invisible then the enemy target transferred over to Blackwall who got spirit marked by Dorian and was killed by Dorian and Varric and he became a spirit which transferred the enemy target to Varric who Dorian again spiritmarked and was killed by Dorian and spirit Blackwall.
I took my new team of the fade-conjured Dorian and Spirit Varric and Spirit Blackwall to Echo Back Fort and dealt with Servis. And then went to the Ritual Tower to meet Hawke and Loghain but they did not acknowledge us ;_; neither did Lord Livius Erimond of Vyrantium. Then I chased Hawke and Loghain around for fun.
I wanted to try so much more with the glitch but it turns out I couldn't save because I was locked in combat. I tried loading the autosave which probably had them in their new forms but the save could not be loaded and kicked me out of the game. :sigh: oh well it was fun while it lasted.
-snip-
That, sir, is hella impressive glitch o.O

Oh, so I'm not insane. Good.
Don't know how to take pics/vids of my play through, but one hilarious moment happened during dialogue. As I approached a Grey Warden in Crestwood to engage in dialogue, I must have hit the 'x' button too early. So my Inquisitor jumped into the air, but as she landed the dialogue began. So throughout the entire conversation, my Inquisitor's arms were pinwheeling and legs where kicking like she was riding a bicycle, as though she was falling off a cliff the entire time.
Some minor glitching happened, too. Earlier in the game Cassandra was doing some weird little shuffle as if she was dancing while I was talking to that Chantry woman who gets punched by the Templar in Val Royeux.
Technically, it's not a glitch, just Barrier being all weird and distort-y, but wow.

I guess you missed the first post in the thread, I have a gif of that glitch there.

I was giggling all the way through the thread but basically died at this one. LOL it's sooo good.
Here's two of my favorites.
This one is Inq falling and me taking control of Blackwall. Really weird timing for a duplication glitch.

This one's doing Begritt's claws. I thought the bear got the lurker, but he was just playing possum. He's by the fallen tree in the foreground. The elapsed time was about 30 seconds real time, and he'd stealthed and got away.
I don't have a screen shot, but both my character and, later in the game, Blackwall had no head...just a body with two floating eyeballs (sort of like that glitch in Assassin's Creed: Unity).
It was freaky but funny.
These tavern-goers both fell asleep at the table... and are now one, apparently. Ouch.

Solas exhibits some strange but potentially useful properties. I always knew he was more powerful than he was letting on.

"Sorry Inquisitor, but this thing on the horizon is just too interesting not to look at this very second! Form this specific spot!"

Oh don't mind me just doing a little stretching carry on.

Oh my. Some of these range from funny to disturbing!

Ha, I can't even tell what's going on! ![]()
