So I was just wondering.  I have not done a Dalish Warden yet.  In the scene where Solas tells you what the Dalish tattoo's are is there an option to deny him.  To tell him even if that is true they still hold meaning to you and "your" people?

Yup.  You can tell him that the vallaslin's meaning has changed, and that you want to keep them.

Yes, and it's a very moving verson of the scene.

 

However (spoiler for the scene):

The vallaslin scene is only given to a female Lavellan in a romance with him.  Just a warning in case you were planning on rolling a male Lavellan or romancing someone other than Solas.  Nothing is worse than reaching the end of a 100 hour game and realising you made the wrong choice right at the start.
