I really hope they get rid the audio dilation when you enter Adrenaline Rush. Nothing like hearing, "Yeah, got ttttttttttttthhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattttttttttttttttt ooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeeee!" from Garrus.
Favorite ME weapon?

IN mass effect 2 I hope that they make the weapons available to everyone again like they have in 1 and 3
I really want the infiltrator to get the adrenaline rush ability, I love sniping but I suck at the timing so adrenaline is gold for it.
I use it all the time with my soldier sniper
Potentially pointing out the obvious but Infiltrator passive gives sniper time dilation in both ME2 and ME3. There's also a concentration mod in ME3 that does the same thing (and also increases damage).

My Soldier Shepard uses:
Assault Rifle: Cerberus Harrier, M-76 Revenant, M-99 Saber, M- 7 Lancer, or the M-8 Avenger
Sniper Rifle: M-98 Widow, Black Widow, or N7 Valkyrie
Shotgun: N7 Piranha, M-22 Eviscerator, or M-27 Scimitar
SMG: N7 Hurricane, or the M-9 Tempest
Handgun: M-5 Phalanx, M-6 Carnifex, or the M-77 Paladin

The Venom shotgun is so OP it's hilarious, combined with Incendiary Ammo it's basically an I Win Button.
Ugly as hell

My adept's hands.
In all seriousness though: that ME3 weapon that doesn't need reloading. The Lancer (?)

ME2's Revenant- Pure red awesomeness. Too bad it got hit hard with the nerf stick in ME3. Honorable mension goes to the Scimitar. Shotgun Sentinel + this gun + Kasumi Goto was the most broken thing in ME2.
In ME3 it's the Black Widow bar non.

The Particle Rifle my not be as practical as the Harrier or Lancer or as flashy as the Cain or the Blackstorm Singularity Projector from ME2 it looks, feels and sounds genuinely alien and futuristic and it's the most fun for me when you apply piercing to it. If they nerf it or forget about it in the next game i'm going to be pissed even though there's probably only 1 in in known galaxy.

I believe it has been asked before, but Grahl Spike Thrower. It has a nice heavy punch to it, plus good range for a shotgun and the charge feature is satisfying.

There are a couple that don't need reloading. The Collector SMG is another one.

It's too bad you can't get it in SP.

The particle rifle was sweet! And I agree, the sound was really cool as well! I vote for a return of this in the next game!

Yeah, Particle rifle and Reapers have some of the best sounds (especially together).

M-11 Suppressor in single-player - so over-powered that it turns most of the game into easy mode, but so satisfying to take down a Brute in a couple of shots.
Next would be M-7 Lancer - just love going to town with it, even if the overheat function made an unwelcome (but amusing) return.
Both of the above are pretty lightweight once upgraded and can easily be carried by a Sentinel without affecting recharge times.
And I have a soft spot for all sniper rifles, even if I personally suck at aiming quickly with them.

Agree with the brutes+suppressor = dead. That little gun is evil!

ME1: Eh, weapons kinda sucked.
At least ME1 actually provided in-game stats for each weapon, making it much easier to choose. The weapons in ME2&3 were all trial and error.
