A bit more on topic: I'm apathetic as to what someone does in their single player game. When it comes to mods I personally find offensive, I just ignore them. Talking about them draws more attention to something I personally despise. Besides, someone putting a mod like chainmail bikinis or using the anime style mod for Cassandra doesn't change how she appears in my game.
The OP has already asked about a mod for Cass in his thread he made a few days ago. Folks including myself have provided him resources to help him get mods working, and how to request one from the modding community (suggesting the BioWare forums, reddit and nexus as places to request a mod.) We've also recommended keeping an eye on sites like nexus. I've noticed that new mods pop up every few days or so. It slowed down for awhile until the modders could get things working again, but it's started to pick back up.
If he finds Cassandra ugly, and wishes to change that, I could care less. It's the thread spamming (3 out 4 of the threads since he created this account) and the constant insistence from the OP that beauty is objective and is absolutely proven by science that makes this ridiculous. I also find it rather ironic that while mods like the Softer Solas mod exists (which is mainly a texture rehaul of his face,) one of the first mods I saw for the lady IQ LIs was one that removed Iron Bull's eyepatch, which allows the player to see his permanently closed eyelid. Another I've seen was a mod to make Cullen look a little older, as well as give him stubble.
Meanwhile, a very low amount of very vocal self-affirmed straight men like the OP insist that they are owed by BioWare to have an LI that looks like Isabela in all of their games. It makes me chuckle.
