Why Must they "Fix" the Duplication Exploit... its not like it was messing up the GAME.... i'm not a Hardcore Player or Play on hard Mode or Want a chellenging game... i just wanna have fun and play Good without Having to grind my Arse off for "rare" Materials.... Like Seriously... why the Ruin the Only Fun this game Actually HAS or Had... i know there is a Bypass to this....

1. Delete all data of the game

2. Start a new game Offline Mode... with net turned off...

3. It deletes all the patches as well once u delete all the data...

4.once you Start the game just play offline without ever having to patch the game..

5. Enjoy the Exploits..

Now don't get me wrong... I understand Exploits are ment to ruin the games for others.. but for Some, the're actually Good..... because its GREAT... being able to have it all and kick ass at the same time... but then egain Bioware Like always have to come in and Ruin ****.... as if they haven't ruined enough Stuff... they keep on going.. Anyways just wanted to get this out of my chest cus to me it feels like Bullshit... by taking out the Only thing.... worth doing in the game..Specially to does players Wanting to "Test" gear with Difefrent materials... now they can't cus their Supply as much cus they will run out and they cant refill unless they grind their Arse... off...

Needless to say i when to play some DA:I today and when i when to do the Exploit is was patched, I got Mad and turned the game off, and probabaly never gonna play it egain.. cus it really gets Boring... after you have played it around 100 Times .. but that's just what kept me going testing Things with that Exploit

Thankyou Bioware Thank you for ****** it up =)

I love seeing people complain about not being able to cheat anymore. Sure, the exploit wasn't hurting anybody since it's a single-player game, but I'm almost glad it got patched, just to see the tears.

edit: especially when someone makes an account just to make the complaint.

The title of the thread is "This is Unacceptable.." In what world is that NOT the preface to a complaint? You also straight-up said, and I quote--

How is "I got mad and turned the game off, and probably never gonna plat it egain [sic]" not a complaint?

Cheat engine allows far better cheating and it will never ge patched. Also hex editor and other editors.

I'm sad you enjoy people suffering when they did nothing against you. The people I want suffering did something against me at least. How is it that you hate innocent people? Watch out, Bioware encourages good-only heroes, they will block DAI for you, since the game is only for stupidly good hearted heroes.

I've seen this explained a few times where apparently Germans capitalize certain English words out of habit or something.

"Enjoy people suffering".

Yeah, because not being able to cheat is "suffering".

Not being able to eat because you live in poverty is suffering. Watching several family members slowly waste away due to brain cancer is suffering. Waking up every day feeling like you have no purpose and no reason to continue living, is suffering.

So yeah, I don't take much stock in the "suffering" one goes through when their problem is that they can't exploit a glitch in a video game. Remind me again how I "hate innocent people" when I make fun of them for complaining that they can't exploit their gold for infinite money, or duplicate crafting materials. Never, EVER compare someone throwing a hissy fit due to a bug fix to "suffering".

Deleting the info and reloading the game might restore the original game, but if you don't log in then you can't access the Keep to set your world state.

Hopefully Black Emporium will let us buy rare materials and schematics, I hate farming for materials and this random loot system makes it impossible to get the schematics I want.

Of course because in your dream land suffering is somehow proportional to reality. The way a person perceives reality might cause screwing the nail polish to be more suffering than losing a brother. In fact losing someone maybe a blessing for some people, while messing up a drawing may cause suicide. After you deal with like hundreds of people talking to you for 1~2 hours per week this is pretty clear.

But well, let's suppose there were guideliness on measuring suffering, could you please tell me who would define these, how and why?

As a free lecture I will say the suffering can only be measured by how strong you are connected to something, ANYTHING. There is nothing that is in itself a suffering or something that is not, everything can be the worst pain in hell if you are strongly connected to or even watching your own son being spanked to death can be funny if you are not connected.

Edit: "Watching several family members slowly waste away due to brain cancer is suffering." - LOL. You mean, if you care for them right? It is funny to see how simple minded and common sense are the people who love Inquisition. Each day here is a proof the game is for dumbs.

What the hell is this? Is this some sort of joke?

Also why is it peculiar or satisfying ("especially when someone makes...") when someone makes a new account just to complain? What, are they expected to go through some sort of initiation ritual before their opinions are granted merit? I didn't know this was a fraternity club!

As for the OP I'm with you, though I didn't use exploits myself, there were points near the end game where I couldn't be arsed to grind some more just to see how a certain armour looked since they don't show you in the shops.

I would recommend a system where after your first playthrough you unlock cheat codes for the next one. This should encourage further playthroughs and experimentation with different gear, skills or what have you. With that being said one could definitely make an argument that using exploits cheapens the experience. This happens by removing value from the loot you purchase because now all you had to do was spend a few seconds and a few clicks getting gold or spawning that armour. Whereas "Battle Helm of Zeus" may have taken hours of tense combat and perlious adventure to find. Thus it may make certain armours or weapons underwhelming when, had you worked (or grinded unfortunately) for it, it may have seemed more powerful. Maybe a disclaimer can be shown to the user when they attempt to use it on their first playthrough warning them of the above?

"Suffering is proportional to reality"? Did you just read those words out of a thesaurus and you wanted to use them? That sentence doesn't even make any sense. If someone's perception of reality causes them to treat spilling nail polish like they would treat death, then they have a severe mental illness.

Speaking as someone who would have killed themselves years ago if not for things like video games, HOW attached to a game can someone be that something as minor as a bug fix (a bug fix that patches a cheat, no less) qualifies as "suffering"? That's making a mockery of people who actually *suffer* actual problems. You may as well be walking into the ER complaining about "intense pain" to the doctors, when in reality all you have is a splinter in your finger.

Well.. I accepted it, so obviously it isn't unacceptable.  In fact truth be told I never even noticed the patch because I never used the exploit  And since you've found a workaround apparently, I guess I'm a little curious as to why this is such a huge issue, so much so that you claim you'll never play again.  Just seems, well odd really.

Ok, so if suffering is proportional to reality.. and we are discussing a game of fantasy.. then doesn't multiplying anything by zero....

Umm.. ya, must be a new math thing.

Have you BEEN to an ER recently?  In case you don't live among super high freeloader, medicaid abusing overbreeding leeches, yeah, that's EXACTLY what they do. And THEN, to make it REALLY REALLY funny, they go up to the check in counter and start screaming and yelling that someone got in ahead of them because that other person had chest pain.

Suffering, is a fairly subjective term.  I've not "watched" family waste away with cancer.  I CARED for family wasting away from cancer(grandmother, father).  I didn't 'watch' my grandfather die from Alzheimer's, we took care of him, clothed him, washed him, fed him.  We never considered that suffering, we thought it as God giving us a chance to spend as much time with our loved ones before they were gone.  At least with wasting diseases, you have time to say you love them and good bye.

For me, suffering was seeing the wreck of my beautiful '77 Monte Carlo after a drunk crushed it one night as it was parked in front of my house.

If the OP wants to cheat, and is angry that he cannot any longer, let him rant.

To be fair, you are the one relating complaining to "tears". If you're going to use hyperbole to express your point, don't be surprised when someone else uses it to retort.

Also, this is a game forum in which people discuss various topics related to games. If I say, "God, this game keeps crashing on me! Worst day ever!" I certainly would not think, "Damn, how selfish of me. There are 17 billion people who are dying of >insert some horrible malady, tragedy<! Obviously my day cannot be worse than theirs!" Now, if I went on a cancer website and complained about how my day is the worst because of a crashing game, then yeah.. Relations, man. Relations.

And face it, you love threads like this: How else can you "make fun" of someone?

You should be crying that the game is less enjoyable when it's not being exploited. That's not a good game.

While the OP may not of been the most elegant I fully agree with him. They killed the replay value of this game and went to extreme measures on the amulets of power and dupe when you had to make an effort to exploit it. And exploiting it did not break the gameplay.

Oddly enough the latest patch causes my game to run a bit more.. 'Rough'. Sluggish at times and even had occasional freeze. Where when I played about 2 months post release I had 0 issues on XBone.

If anyone can figure out a way where I can delete the patch AND start a new game with a custom world state on Xbox one, please let me know.

Also if the Black Emporium releases materials and gold etc for micro transactions I will never buy EA or Bioware again.

You can't Best idea is to fallow as i stated, delete all data off the game and start from scratch.. this means you will No Longer play Online and your game version will be 1.00, If you rather Play offline then this would be good for you as much as me since i rareplay any games online... The dajor downside to this is that your console's fan will speed up faster then Normally without the patch.... Also you can never play Online on any games... cus then the Patch will start digitally to download.... as soon as it detects internet connection. That's About it.. that's My fix.

Is removing the exploits unacceptable? No.

Is a thread with some more entitled whining reasonable? No.

I understand why some people are disappointed and those who have argued their case articulately are due some respect.

Here is the thread you were looking for:

None of does work since the game is for Consoles otherwise i wouldn't be On here Asking for a Remidy which i have Found one but still.. Specially Next Gen consoles.... they have an Encription on their game saves.. making it imposssible to Edit anything.
