Don't know about hosts, but I have had several matches where 1 or 2 allies are invisible and don't register until after the match, and along with them, half the enemy units are invisible and hit me from invisible land.

Yeah...that's a first. I have never seen an invisible host in the lobby....the lag must have been great in this one....

When Vorcha in ME2 said "LEAVE, HUMAN!" they didn't mean from Omega. They meant from lag trap lobbies like this one, because they care.

yeah, I've had that happen a few times and a friend, Gamma Lead, was able to explain it to me...
It happens when someone promotes their chosen class and doesn't choose a new character prior to the host quitting out. Regardless if that person ends up host, they will be invisible. It's easy to fix though- just play a game and it'll correct itself.
