Is there any way to disable that "Download the Jaws of Hakkon DLC today!" screen from main menu?

P.S. I'm on PC.

I think only in offline mode you don't get these messages.
I hate them too,they're quite ugly compared to the animated background.

Also if you are new to the game you don't get to see all the people marching before they are blown away by the explosion.

 

I know when I first played the game I spent 5 minutes watching them because I was so excited about playing

I would prefer them to stop with those either. It's not only DLC announcement, cause for PS3 that doesn't have DLC yet it's about multiplayer announcements. For some reason the screen is very small on PS3 and has large black marginals. It doesn't look very good and I wonder if they are going to keep it forever and only change picture and ad once a while.

at least you should think that the advertiesemnt is disabled after you have bought the DLC.

I already bought and dowloaded the DLC and still I am being requested to dowlnload it....

 

Well I think they found a way to annoy their customer....

There is a program called Outcome that I use instead of the Origins client, if you want to bypass the EA's screens. Do a web search to find out more. It won't interfere with the game as Origins does.
