I don't know much about the MRA so I can't really comment on them. On feminism though, while I remain neutral and respect their goals to strive for equality for women (as long as it's just women.) lately I've been quite jaded with some feminists and a lot of it is due to Gamergate. It just seems that some of them are just screaming for womens' rights or even rights for everyone and blame "the patriarchy" and men, but seem oblivious to what men have to go through. Often feminists just say "oh you're just trying to deflect!!!!" But if feminism is fighting not just for equal rights for women but men, then why not just listen to the problems and double standards men face instead of just trivializing? I also see them pulling double standards themselves, feminists criticize but they don't take criticism very, in fact they slander and strawman their critics and call them "angry white men" ignoring the women who criticize them.
So right now I'm neutral towards feminism, though judging by the things they say or do (like "joking" kill all men!) I'm slowly leaning towards to dislike.

Egalitarianism: because I don't care about one side or the other, we all need to cut the bullsh*t.
