Fiona looks like she really needs to go #2 and can't seem to find a nearby bush for privacy (due to the monsters) to relief herself. Shes doing a great job squeezing it in isn't she?

I think I can understand, considering how incompetently-made this game was. Even so, lol.
It's less of an abomination than that freaky dwarf monstrosity, anyway. You know the one. Where they pasted a male dwarf head onto a female dwarf body; in this case, they pasted Fiona's elf head onto a human woman's body. Git gud, Bioware.

Hmm. The first pic does show a rather unusual head-neck position. I'm thinking the same thing as you.
