Probably Saren. Not as a boss fight, but as an enemy throughout all of ME1. I ended up feeling pity for him; he was truly convinced, in his indoctrination, that he was doing what was right. That only his course of action could save some of the galaxy's habitants. It was a very interesting character, and now that I'm reading more about him in Revelation... well I'm not sure if I like him or totally hate him yet. He is kind of ruthless.

 

The Collectors were also very interesting... and I also ended up feeling pity for them and their destiny. I wonder if Javik gets to know about them and how would he feel about seeing his people ending up like that.

Liara has some intercom dialogue with Javik, telling him what Shepard did with the Collectors. He considered it a mercy.

Oh, good to know. On my first playthrough I rushed a little bit, you know, with wanting to know what was happening with the story, and  probably lost a lot of conversations and small details. I'm taking it much slower now on my second playthrough.

As someone that plays almost exclusivelly engineer I love the big, slow ones. Colossus, Praetorian, Geth Prime, the big robots that shoot rockets, bring 'em. They are so easy to beat with the help of drones, it's insane. I can literally stand in front of them and just spawn drones without getting harmed. Krogan are harder. When they rush, even if they were going for the drone they might still end up hitting you. In da butt. And den you ded.
