I hear many complains about the clothes the inquisitor is wearing at skyhold. Now I had the idea to let the inquisitor wear the formal attaire at skyhold after the quest in the winter palace (forget the name of that mission). In my eyes that clothes shows more autority since the inquistitor is one of the most powerfull persons in thedas after that mission and is looking quite better.

Hope you will look at it

Agree with that. I love the formal attire, and it makes sense that the Inquisitor would start wearing something a little more respectable after gaining an alliance with an powerful nation like Orlais. At the very least I would like to see an mod that enables that.

Agreed; I'd like to see Formal Attire as an option in Skyhold. However, simply adding a toggle to wear armour (which is apparently easy) would be even better, considering Formal Attire is armour, so you could use it or anything else.

yes I spoke about this on my thread... I really feel like we should be able to chose the color of the clothes as well as the style... I am the Inquisitor and I am stock wearing the same PJs... every day?... Maybe add a place in Val Royeaux where we can get more clothes and choose the color.

I'm hoping the Black Emporium will solve our aesthetic annoyances. I hope that's why it's taking so long to be implemented.

I don't really like the formal attire either (for me it and the Skyhold PJ's rank about the same) - it wouldn't be so bad if we could tint the outfit, or wear our armour - or hey, even strip down to our skivvies like we used to be able to!

But like BansheeOwnage, I'm hoping the Black Emporium comes up with something; mind you - if the BE comes out as a DLC that costs too much, then I won't be getting any of its benefits!

Well, the one thing they did confirm about the BE is that it'll be free, so yay! :)

OMG I forgot you could do strip down to your underwear..

that would be hilarious if they brought that back.... I would have them do the judgement scenes in their underwear haha.. I can't believe that they took that out now that you have reminded me.

I hated that formal attire, it made my IQ look like a guy. And it looks horrible on Qunari, both genders. Even if you could change the colors, it wouldn't change the design of the outfit itself... Though I do wish the Inquisition did have some formal attire, that was good looking. I got rid of those from the inventory as soon as the quest was over. They should put the option back to walk around in undies lol. It was so weird when I realized that. I unequipped all her armor and I think she was wearing the mercenary armor(?) you get at the beginning.

I didn't think it made my human female look like a guy at all, but I do get the impression the outfit was designed solely around a male Inquisitor and "stretched" for the female, and that bugs me, because it happens with way too many things. I hate when having female characters is an afterthought, or that it's revolutionary when you can play as one. When everything from dialogue to romances to outfits defaults to male... Ugh.

...Sorry, mini-rant over :)

Personally I've no problem with the default attire at Skyhold besides how strange it makes the Inquisitor's body look.. so tight.. but as it is it's underarmour, but for the sake of preference and choice there really should be an option to switch out the underarmour for the Formal Attire, which is pretty damn snazzy... it's very authoritative and makes for decent armour, too!

Yeah, it makes perfect sense for the under-armour to be skin-tight. It just doesn't make sense that you have to wear it no matter what when you're not even wearing the rest of your armour :P

I'd prefer to wear armour but swapping the nutcracker uniform for the beige pjs is easily second choice especially if we can still dye it different colours.

A Skyhold attire change was asked the first week after the game was launched.  Five months later, Bio insists on fixing exploits that does no harm to Single Player mode instead of giving us the option, to wear our armour.

Personally, I tend to think it's a Multi-Player issue where there is a micro$transaction that allows you to make the change.

Anyone here plays MP? Can you confirm or correct me on this?  Thanks

About the first part, you're exactly right. It's been asked for since launch, and I'm getting really annoyed they haven't added something as simple as an armour toggle yet.

About the MP: None of the SP exploits in any way affected multiplayer; it uses quite different systems.

Interesting then, that Bio sees exploits as Prima Facie bugs that must be fixed.

I'd also rather choose the armor, instead of the formal attire. Not too keen on that one.

Surely you want to change into something more comfortable in, say, Skyhold?  Not the PJs, mind you or at least have the option to wear what the quizzie wants.

PS: looked at your channel.... good stuff!

Well let us say this.... not only are you the inquisitor but you are the "herald of Andraste" ... and just like Vivienne says... you need to look the part, and the PJs do not scream out as the type of clothes the Inquisitor would wear, at least not the ONLY clothes they wear.

Well, yes, definitely something more comfortable but I just meant if I would have to choose between armor and formal attire. I hope BE gives us more options.

Thanks for the positive reactions ;)

There should be at least a possibility that you can change the outfit he/she is wearing. That shop in Val Royoux is quite a smart idea by the way.

(I just saw there is another topic same as this one -,- sorry)

Don't worry about the topic. There's several ones about hair, as well, so no worries. I truly wish BW would have given us an outfit change/toggle option. It must have crossed at least someones mind when they were creating Skyhold. Oh, well... for now I just keep using the cheat engine to change into armor whenever my inky is in Skyhold. :)

It is rather strange considering they had a few options in ME for casuals. I really liked the hoodie. Bioware, give me a medieval Inquisitor's hoodie!
