It's like the movie Titanic or Avatar. Are these really the best movies or just the biggest productions. There is something to be said for artistic integrity and individualism and capitalism here. This is what EA does is take a creative company on the verge and capitalizes. But at the same time EA isnt going to put money behind a game unless it targets a certain demographic and is going to make money. You can look at it one of two ways. I appreciate the production values here and a lot of what bioware did they might not have been able to achieve without EA's backing, but in the same regard alot of the artistic integrity and soul is lost. It is concerning to me a bit. IMO they took the rpg genre to the action adventure crowd. It is a blend of hte two. But after a while all these games like Gears, GTAIV, Assassins Creed are all becoming the same. Where's the difference and the creativity? Where's the meat and guts? They are all ultimately being melded into the same thing. What is the point of even levelling up in this game when you are just upgrading powers like Batman arkayn asylum? Are you really levelling up or just added powers as you go through the game.
Dude, you are really dumb. You are being contrarian for the sake of being "EDGY AND COOL".
Is your iPod filled with obscure underground bandz that no one has ever heard of?
Sorry dude, some of us don't normally play shooters, so we dont mind the more shooter like direction of ME2. if you are looking for a traditional RPG, there is still Dragon Age.
P.S. Both Titanic and Avatar were great movies. They are not arthouse movies, but they are still good movies. STFU.
