What mod allows for the transfer of armor and weapons from DAO into Witch Hunt? I started that game and I'm totally naked. I have no other armor or weapons.
I need help badly.

I've heard of this when your last DAO save has your warden equipped with armour and weapons from other DLC such as from Warden's Keep,
which may not be recognised by later DLC such as Awakening or Witch Hunt.
Open up your last DAO save just before the epilogue, re-equip with good armour and weapons from the DAO base game and let the ending create a new save point.
That save game can be used as your start point for witch hunt.
If it's not that, then I don't know, I've had the 'naked warden' situation and that solved it for me.
