YouTube YouTube YouTube, before I spend one penny on the next game I am going to watch everything online initially. After the ME3 debacle I am very skeptical about this next title. All the news and statements up to this point has been very vague and weird, and Shepard and his crews' involvement in the next installment as not even been clearly put out there, are they present or aren't they? "feels like MASS EFFECT" ok of course it should, "asking fans what gameplay features they would like to see" who cares, what happened to Shepard and his crew after ME3? I really hope Bioware surprises us with something big whether it have to do with Shep or not, make me care again Bioware. A new title that has absolutely nothing to do with the previous games sounds a little meh and a hard sale to be honest, what do you guys think? :) With what happened at the end of ME3, Shepard his crew and their decisions have to play a significant part in the next series, there is no other possible way other than Bioware just basically telling us "yeah those last 3 games really never happened. REALLY?

by the way whatever ending you chose has to play a part somehow, it does not matter one way or the other we need to see it and how it changed the galaxy. Would they want to invest time and money on a game with multiple start game scenarios or pick a canon ending? they have to do one of the other for a potential sequel, just sayin......

Read my theory in my signature, also they could follow this game since yeah they already are influenced with the original though

I believe they have confirmed that Shepard will not be featured in this installment and I consider it likely because of how they went about dealing with Shepard in ME3.

It's not a hard sale to me because Shepard did not make Mass Effect what it was to me, it was the universe and all the lore it contained that did.

In regards to the endings, I personally do not care and have no problem with any of them not being mentioned but that is just me.

I'm leaning towards "trilogy never happened"

Set in Shepard's time but in a different Galaxy

Hopefully this cleared up some speculation
