This relevant?
3:20 is when the antitank training reel starts.

There can only be one! 20mm (20x110!!) Anzio Ironworks Anti Materiel rifle. I wish I had one.....one dozen!
Meh.

Big boom.
20x110mm Hispano rounds
Counter-recoil system.
Just make sure no one stays behind you when you shoot it.
How about we agree to disagree because there is no way you can convince me using that in today's battlefield aside from Tank busting is a good idea.
You don't use them to destroy tanks, you use it to cripple them.
Snipe tank threads and weak points (like optics, range finders, etc..)

They're also expensive, unreliable, prone to damage and warping, not high-powered enough for the job you want to use them for (even back when they were first invented), heavy and extemely cumbersome, and just generally the definition of awesome but impractical.

Still, in practice it's not as effective. as a recoiless rifle or man-portable shoulder fired rocket system on that front. And it's more expensive, heavier, and less reliable than just taking an AT4 with you.
And with the near complete change in targets nowadays (and the near total omnipresence of air, ass, and arty at a moments notice), it's redundant. Why waste time shooting up a tank (putting a sniper crew in danger), without any guarantee of an effective shot?
Most tank treads are outright immune to rounds like that anyway.

Speaking of gorgeous antiques.....
I need to pick up a 1903 while I can still afford one lol.
I always thought these were pretty cool.

There's a company out there that makes semi-auto grease guns. They're expensive as s***, and by the time you're done deailing with the ATF's BS (hurr durr SBR and stuff) you're nearly $1400 into something that's not a whole lot different than a 'pistol caliber carbine'.
Hell, you might as well just get one of these instead...

Ahh the good ol' Grease gun...something that is so ugly, yet I want to have.
The Philippines are still issuing tacticool M3A1s for their Marines and Special Dudes.

I wonder how do these Anti-material rifles function? They're so mysterious.

That's immaterial. Or is it immateriel?

Large caliber anti-material rifles.
No, you're surely talking about cheap wooden chairs, those are unreliable, warp and are prone to damage. That has absolutely nothing to do with anti-matèriel rifles though.

Nope sport, I'm talking about (drumroll) large caliber AM rifles.
Not the Barrett mind you, or the L115A3. The bigger monsters that got phased out years (decades) ago because (drumroll again), unreliability, weight, inefficiency, maintenance intensiveness, and cost.
