Meet the Japanese Type 94.....

A pistol that is so crude and poorly designed that applying pressure to the trigger bar (the region above the Kanji IIRC) will make it discharge.
A "proud" contender for the worst hangun ever made and I still want one.

Seems a lot of old WW2 or Recent Post WW2 guns are getting popular again.
Someone made a .22 version of the STG 44

I've actually handled one that was for rent at a shooting range in Idaho. The things ridiculously heavy cause its made of actual metal, but oddly this makes shooting the already low power .22 rounds feel like your shooting nothing. Gives it a weird blaster/mass effect sort of feeling when you shoot.

So I take it; it wasn't fun to shoot?

I'd love to see a reproduction STG-44 in 7.62x39.

Honestly it was great. It's like, one of the most impractical things ever. But it was fun just shooting it, and admittingly for me, imagining you were firing some star wars blaster instead.

*wipes away tear*

Either a Chinese NDM-86 in 7.62x51 (pictured above) or a Russian Dragunov in proper 7.62x54r is my 'holy grail'. Someday, guys. Someday. Okay, fine. Never.
I suppose I could always just get this fancy stock set for my Vepr and play pretend.

Heresy! This is the bestest WW2 weapon.
It wasn't heavy while I was using it in COD 2 and WaW.

Guns are nice an all, but I want one of these for that dreaded weekend traffic.
Nah, you don't.
You want an MRAP. Or a Little Bird.
Shoot, just stick with a JATO-equipped C-130

Good to know they don't have any navy to begin with.

I have a theory about guns where their sole reason of existence has always been to be simply penis extensions for insecure people and nations.

You guys just reminded me.
I've got one about like this:

Marlin guide gun in .45-70. If ammo wasn't so damn expensive, I might take it out more. I need to get into reloading.

Nope, it's the Winchester 1866 Yellowboy.
Also me from 20 minutes ago, it's not the gun that won the west, it was the later Model 1873.

Check out this penis extension you can fit into your pocket.

Beautiful antique that is still sold as a firearm to this day.
