The email address connected to my Origins account and the email address connected to my XBOX Live account are the same, yet I cannot transfer world states to my XBOX. In fact, according to my Origin account, I don't have an XBOX. Can you please assist me? This has gone on for far too long.

This is probably a keep issue. https://dragonagekeep.com
Access the keep select language if necessary and log in with your Origin - should be automattic.
Make sure you check all the story tiles carefully and save. Then start the game and accept the "DA keep" at the end of the character creator.
