Anyone can help?i cant get to it
My girlfriend and I tried so hard to get that! No luck though. Although, strangely enough, in my game, it didn't have a "loot" icon; I just tried to get there anyway. I believe we tried "jumping" over there with Flank Attack. Fade Step might work. I don't know. Sorry I can't help more. 
Cool someone else found it though. By the way, what headgear is your Quizzy wearing? It looks like flowers

That's crazy! I can't believe I haven't seen this before, but I really can't believe they put it in. I mean, that's a ridiculous easter egg to get. I always wonder how the first person managed it, haha. Thanks

Thers also forbiden oasis hidden sword and Emerald grave lion pavilion hidden quest chek it out on youtube .

I did the Lion's Pavilion one, but maybe I'll look for the sword, thanks! I like easter eggs like this, but I'll never understand how someone figured it out. I tried jumping on the Skyhold bed a bunch, but nothing happened. Jumping on the furniture in the Winter Palace will garner negative court approval though! Also, I found the Crown, thanks!

If i remember correctly, the quest was tipped by one of the devs. Otherwise it would be (nearly) impossible to find. It's a pretty cool easter egg.
As for the loot i have no idea how to get to it. I will try fade step or leaping shot when i get home.
Edit: Got it. But it was only 280 gold, nothing else. And it was really hard to get it.
What i did was cast wall of ice and jump up on it to give me a better position to use leaping shot. It only took me a couple of tries, i was lucky.

Good thinking, and nicely done! Too bad it's not very good loot, but I expected as much.
