Only 2 out of 5 of our regions successful completed their Trial by Fire challenge. As such, the enemies of the inquisition have noticed our weakness and are rallying. We have even heard reports of them banding together to punish us.

Correct, on Perilous if you get the assassinate objective in zone 4 the target will be a slightly weaker version of one of the commanders you will face in zone 5.
