So in other words wave 1 bronze wipe. These days both me and my husbando (despite this awkwardness we did eventually get married) at least make it to W2 before we wipe in bronze.

I remember that confession. One of your best videos, imo. You went from a cheating scumbag to being one of most important ambassadors of this game. You've seen it all, done it all. Truly one of the pioneers of ME3. This is hard to deny, even when people don't like you as a person. Even if someone thinks you're a ******, they can't ignore the impact you've had on the Multiplayer.
Thanks guys I appreciate the kind wordsYeah, that one was a pivotal moment for me too. I had never cheated myself at that point, and still haven't, but I could see that the confession meant something about the bigger picture regarding modern gaming. Or maybe even something bigger than just gaming. Is there a more elusive Holy Grail than having a clear conscience - regarding any aspect of your life?
Thanks Cain, for all the time and effort you put into helping me L2P
Well, probably the most n00bish things I've done was skipping Carnage on the KroSol and Incinerate on the Paladin. But that didn't last too long.
I still skip Carnage on the Krogan Soldier... or actually, I put 4 ranks into Carnage, carry two heavy weapons, and fire it 1-2 times a wave, so I might as well skip it. If I want Carnage-based fire explosions, the Vorcha Soldier is more fun.
The most n00bish thing I have done is that it took me forever to actually start putting AP mods on my weapons. To defeat Guardians, I used to throw a projectile power at them, wait for the shield to fly aside, and headshot them with my Carnifex. Or if I was the Human Engineer, I would plop my Drone behind them, wait for them to turn around to deal with it, and shoot them in the back.
Oh, not sure if anyone has mentioned this already, but...
I still remember my first multiplayer game. It was cerberus/giant, and... First thing I did when I saw enemies, was putting up the power bar, trying to take my time planning my moves...
Obviously, "teammate has flatilined" followed soon after, lol
I'm sure I was not the only one doing that! Right?
Mine was reactor - bronze solo against reapers. The map looked familiar, yet different. I was already used to pressing hotkeys, but not for the faster pace. I tried to gather experience so I would suck when playing with others. I survived ONE wave.
Then I said "**** it" and looked for a PuG lobby. People would have just to deal with me sucking. The second lobby turned out to be a gold match.
A day later or so I found out how to set the desired difficulty when searching for lobbies.
I used the box of shame on one of my first ventures into Platinum I also used a Vorcha Sentinel in said box and I regret nothing!
Some friends talked me into my first plat match using the small room on Glacier when it was still open. The whole match was just a pressing urge to flee the small compartment with all the Banshees teleporting inside. Our killspeed wasn't fast enough - no room to dodge the Brutes, Phantoms pouring in - we barely held. The objective wave was a relief - even if I went down like 5 times trying to survive.

I did the EXACT same thing. Mine was Cerberus/Ghost with the Human Engineer. Not being able to "pause" the action took a little bit of getting used to. Lots of deaths, and I didn't even know what MediGel was then. It took until my 2nd match for me to figure out that I could gel, and a couple of more after that before I figured out I could use Ops Packs too.

Yeah camping when you dont have enough DPS makes the game much harder, I learnt that the hard way while in the box with pugs
FBWGG.
FBWGG.

My most noob thing was the Asari Vanguard without Biotic Charge just after I started. Them Nades were awesome on bronze.
I would say this is matter of preference. I always do my Asari Vanguards without Charge or max lvl 3. This makes AV one of the best soldiers in the game, especially against Cerberus.
About my noob moments.
Human vanguard without Charge, rest maxed -> Used this back in the day, when charge was still bugged.
Human soldier without concussive shot ->I have heard it's supposed to be good, but I guess I have never learned it.
It took me sometime, before I learned to use AD rush and Marksman right, as in they work as fast reload.
Getting sync killed by atlas or Scion -> That just feels so damn bad ![]()
I used to hate Geth characters, because they were so weak -> How wrong I was back then.
Still use points to fitness -> I just like that extra hp/shields with many characters.

what if I told you i had to hack my reegar to deal more damage to get that far
Hosting my own lobby, watching people warping back and forth with evil laughter (mic muted though).

I don't see anything n00b about that huehue ![]()

LIES! You can't increase Reegars damage any more. Your computer would explode and you'd be sucked into a black hole where not even light can escape.

My 2 favorites:
1) carefully insert claymore barrel in the shield's little window, pull trigger and smile.
2) Get a volus, equip him with a wraith, run behind the guardian, stick the shotgun up his butt, pull the trigger and do a trollface (I'm yet to test it, but it seems sometimes enemies don't really notice a volus char)
Sorry brooooo
one day maybe ![]()
Reported.
oh shit.
Good. We don't want you here.
yes you do :3
Didn't use warp on asari adept, only stasis and throw.
Used Falcon after nerfing and got kicked after the game.
Using Predator on Huntress because "it helps with cooldowns".
Putting AP ammo on Kishock... was drunk at that moment, though. Very drunk...
Charging/novaing(and doing nothing else) everything is sight, since "it worked in SP". Well, it didn't worked as well in MP, sonny boy.
Still don't know how to use Acolyte properly.

use it with cryo rounds. charge it and shoot it at something.

dat avi tho... o.O
Looks like I'm not the only one who used armor piercer on projectile weapons. I used to use my GPS that way for several months at the beginning :/
