Charging/novaing(and doing nothing else) everything is sight, since "it worked in SP". Well, it didn't worked as well in MP, sonny boy.

Oh I don't know.  Wasn't that how most people were clearing Gold in the early days?  AA and Drell to prime, Vanguard to detonate, one infiltrator for devices.

Looks like I'm not the only one who used armor piercer on projectile weapons. I used to use my GPS that way for several months at the beginning :/

Yeah, so did I. It wasn't until I read the forum before I realized my mistake.

Biower should've warned players that AP mod doesn't work on projectile weapons in their descriptions. Just saying.

I like to die on the 1st wave if at all possible :)

A lot of people die on the first waves due to heavy mook activity.

Wouldn't know, kept myself to Bronze in those days :) And as I said, I charged/novaed everything, shooting my mighty Predator I at it every once in a blue moon. With no team synergy, it didn't go very well for me. No doubt it's a reason why I don't much care for novaguard to this day... traumatic memories from Bronze :P

There was a time when I considered the Saber to be a bad weapon, now it's my favorite gun in the game. Took a lot of git gud though.

Spinning while disabling devices because it makes it go quicker...

Back when I was a n00b someone told me to do that. I thought it was true.

But only clockwise. You slow it down if you go counter-clockwise.

I thought the javelin was awful off host because the shots didn't register. Then I realized it was a charge up weapon.

Oh, and of course I hated the PPR, because I had no idea that you had to rev it up...

No PD on the Slayer, because it's boring? - Check!

No 'nades on the Drell Adept because I manage to miss an Atlas at point blank range resulting in grenades harmlessly flying into the four corners of the map check

No HM on the GE, because "it's too ****** bright, and of course I need full fitness, and flamethrower on my turret" - :o

Still guilty of all of these after the correction. Also I always forget what weapons do and don't benefit from pierce mods so I may walk into a battle with a pointless weapon slot.

Other mentions

1.)Not giving a damn to revive on objective waves. This may also include general help depending on my mood and the team

2.)Being too lazy to save myself with gel

3.)Still only being able to help in platinum with the TGI Harrier because I don't want to put forth any effort

Human vanguard without Charge, rest maxed -> Used this back in the day, when charge was still bugged.

Still use points to fitness -> I just like that extra hp/shields with many characters.

They fixed it? Tell that to my 200+kia vanguards who fell because they couldn't activate their charge or found looking at a husk to randomly fly off into left field towards a waiting banshee instead.

I wouldn't call fitness a noob thing just a style preference.

"en toda su puta madre!!!", then i redonwload the core game files and DLC´s

I used to put the GPS on everything because I wanted to have efficient load outs. Then Stardusk told me "Dude that's boring" and then I was like "Hey he's right!" and now I use varied setups and play styles.

The first time I used the Paladin I went through nearly an entire match not knowing how to deploy the shield because I rarely melee. "Where is the shield button? WTH?!"

Getting frustrated by being unable to revive a Salarian engineer only to realize I had been frantically clicking on his decoy.

Spending an entire match turning Hawk Missile launcher on and off while saying "what does this button do?" (Now I spec out of it completely, so there.)

Being unable to use the Acolyte at all because I kept popping back into cover before it charged. "Why won't this gun shoot?! I'm getting my face blown off! Better get back in cover!"

Spending many matches randomly turning blade armor on and off because it was in the #2 spot instead of #1.

And many other stupid things. I've basically done them all. Still doing them, in fact. Especially Blade Armor.

I still do the Blade Armor thing.

The inability to remap the powers in ME3MP fills me with hot rage of a thousand fiery suns, in fact.

I still die all the time trying to revive people that got gunned down by turrets...

In fact, I die a lot thinking my squishy drell adept can totally revive somebody surrounded by five enemies. On gold. <_<  Awesome though when it works.

About the novaguard: I only dared trying it out in a gold match a few days ago. Against reapers charge/nova/nova still works pretty well. I can tank several enemies like ravagers without dying if I can keep the cycle up. My noob move was to not skill shockwave before and thus not having a long-range attack for the stuff that can sync-kill me. With a primer biotic on the team, it's a thing of beauty. Had one of the easiest gold games with the novaguard. I actually love it, though I suck against collectors with it.

I'm pretty sure using the novaguard at all is considered a noob thing. ;)

That counts as the n00b shite that Biovar did when they made this game.

The FQI would also like a word on that subject....

I still don't use the shield when playing the Paladin. Only sometimes during hacks to draw aggro from heavy hitting mobs or to troll banshees on ladders.

For a while I forgot about thermal clips. They would just sit at 255. Then I died on a hack because I needed ammo.
My teammates kindly reminded me about thermal clips.
