I have just started playing ME2 on PC and imported my save from 1. However, I don't want to play as a male Sheppard. From what I can tell, i can use the gibbed editor to change my gender of my ME2 save based off of my ME1 save. Now my question is when I do this, the dialouge will change to match correct? Like people will refer me as a she instead of a he and so on and so forth?

Yes and I am pretty sure all you have to do is make sure you select the sex you want to play as. You need to make sure you change the head morph to the right sex or the head will be all messed up. You might have to change the romance stuff to I do remember having game crashes that I assumed was due to doing this. Good luck with it!
