Hi Everyone:   I tried few ways to get my dao and da2 heroes uploaded at the keep with no success.  I waited few days and nothing.  Don't know what to do, want to used my heroes likeness in DA:I, any ideas?

Importing your heroes doesn't matter, you will still need to manually pick their choices in the Keep to create the world state you want. The only thing that imports is your character's portrait and backround. So you can just pick a default hero and recreate their choices this way, since you would need to make the world state from scratch anyway.
