Does anyone else have a broken, stuttering run now?

In single player,  my characters used to speed up to a quick job whenever their weapons were away, but recently (was there a new patch or something?) whenever they get up to speed they'll switch back to walking for no reason, then speed up again, then switch back to walking all for apparently no reason and all while I have my stick pressed all the way forward (PS4). Is anyone else having this issue? It takes forever to get around and do all the fetching now.

This is me holding down the joystick full tilt witht he exception of the couple of seconds when I'm not moving at all. (Also the serpentine pattern is just trying to get him moving again.)

That does look odd (and must be really frustrating) but no, I haven't experienced it. My game runs smoothly. Could it be a platform thing, since I'm on PC?

Not a platform issue, I've had similar issues on the PC at times it can be quite random and usually will reset after a reload -save often.  This issue is lag from a corrupted process causing a hunt condition -first ran into it helping a Laptop user workout energy issues.  This is a control module foundation issue that needs attention!  Consumer inputs enter wait states (delayed) due to some corrupt communication issue - No doubt this is a nuisance when it happens.

 

It's problems like these that make attempting to fix the "tactics" a wasted effort, as it is up stream regardless of the loop feedback structure.
