Yes for the PC. Don't care about anything else.
Would you want a remastered ME Trilogy?

Yes, but it needs to be reworked, and rebalanced, and re-thought, not just a simple graphical and voice re-work.

If it involves getting the DLC for free, sure.
If it doesn't involve getting the DLC for free, I'll pass. Thanks though.
I'm sure Bioware could do something amazing with Mass Effect enough to WOW me, but they wouldn't. Mass Effect, for all intents and purposes (aside from the ending which is not going to be changed) was already perfect. Remastering a game like this would most likely end up worse rather than better. So again... no thanks. It would be a waste of effort.

I don't care about combat fixes or any of that, I just really want a HD retexture so I can stop having to run mods to make it as beautiful as the series deserves. I'd totally shell out for the entire series + DLC again on PC if it meant they'd given it the look that only some of the 4K mods can really get right now.

A remastered Mass Effect trilogy would be a guanranteed success.
I wonder, actually, who in their right mind would not want to see that happen? Worst case scenario being you just ignore it and move on, but let others who want it enjoy it once released. But no one out there should go out and say "Oh, wait, a remastered ME trilogy? Hell to the no!". Seriously, there's actually no reasons - other than money - for such a thing to not happen (or... I suppose that if BioWare don't actually want to do that would also be the only reason other than money, but then why wouldn't they want to do that anyway?).
I would buy it on day one, no questions asked, especially to see Mass Effect 1 in glorious HD. That's because quite obviously ME1 is the one out of the trio that didn't age well (it's okay, just not as "modern-looking" as ME2 or ME3, because even ME2 still looks good today, excluding mods, and even better with mods).
I say YES... please? I'm asking politely here. Just... guys, just do it, mmmk?

A remastered Mass Effect trilogy would be a guanranteed success.
Well, that's the thing. Would it really be a success? With all ME2 and ME3 DLC, yeah. (Hey, if they can do a DAI GOTY, why not?) But without? Just some retexturing? I don't see it selling. I wouldn't buy it myself, but that's the wrong criterion since Bio makes a lot of stuff I don't buy.

I would love to have a Mass Effect Trilogy remastered on my PS4 but I doubt it will happen.
Still, I am content playing through the series on my PS3. But I would purchase the remastered Trilogy day one.

Wouldn't be a bad idea:
These low res textures kind of wreck the immersion. No different from texture pop, which they did fix in ME2.
FYI that is a 256x256 texture on the chair, while the uniform he's wearing is a 4096x4096 mod I installed.
I know that HD textures come at a cost performance wise, but it'll be worth it.
They should be like the film industry. Make the whole thing in HD from the start. That way you don't have to worry about wasting money remaking everything in HD. Give people with low end systems the option to turn on the muddy textures and people who can handle it the full package.
There has been games where the PC version had 4x the resolution of the console equivalent, and the PC version looked very good. That chair wouldn't look half bad at 1024x1024 resolution, but 256x256 just wasn't enough.

I thought BW had already ruled this out.....?
EA have ruled it out for now as least. But I have not seen any of the top developer's at Bioware say it's not happening. They have been oddly quiet. Before E3 there were small teases but after EA said no we got nothing. You think some develop or mod would chime in and say it's not happening and lock the thread.
I think it's still happening and it will be announced on N7 Day. Dragon Age is finished and now it's Mass Effect's turn for the spotlight. N7 Day would be a good start of the advertising campaign.
Secondly Loot Crate is doing a special crate for Mass Effect, they took preorders for a Fallout 4 one this past week to be released at the same time as the game.
Why do a Mass Effect one when the next game is a year away from release?

A remake, sure. Especially if they redid ME1 combat and leveling to ME2-3 style with combat balanced for that. Just the same thing with better textures. Not really. But I'm the mustard race so, it already looks pretty good.

Personally I'd like to see it the other way around. Add a bit more of the number crunching back into the next two games. Improve the dice roll to take into account where you are hitting the enemy rather than just that you are hitting them.
I really didn't like the change to the combat for ME2 and 3. Well I thought the addition of a separate melee button was fantastic, I'll give Bioware that.

Yes I would buy a remaster trilogy, and it doesnt need to be anything crazy.
Just give us texture improvements (like new textures, but we dont need new models), up the framerate to 60fps, as well as the resolution to 1080p, and include every piece of dlc, including the Collector's edition stuff too. I would gladly pay $59.99 US (which is $74.99 CA for me)

I have no idea if Bioware still even follows these forums, or what the status is of the Mass Effect Trilogy.
Because it's been 10 years nearly to the day since Mass Effect 1, I decided to jump back in here, 10 years later.
YES, I want a Trilogy remaster and re-release.
EA has my money the second they announce it.

A remastered HD version, YES. But no story changes. Even the ending - leave it. I'd love a HD version.

In the end, I don't know, my Shepard never looked as good in ME2 and 3 as she did in ME1, but while I recognize that customization could change, and it would be one whole game...I like the look of the games as is. Not saying I wouldn't be interested, but I would never buy the trilogy again if the ending was the same, and it will be, so what's the point?

I wouldn't mind a remaster. So long as ALL DLC, including exclusive pieces like the N7 War Gear are included, nothing left out. I'd also really really love to see the Collector assault rifle, SMG, and sniper rifle to be used in Mass Effect 3's single player. MAJOR oversight they they weren't included in the main game, while the armor was.
I think Mass Effect 2 could benefit from a weapon selection like ME3. The option to choose one weapon, or all to take on a mission. Having your soldier Shepard carry ALL weapons into every mission is a little jarring.

Yes I would love to see a remastered Mass Effect trilogy! especially if the original Mass Effect combat is reworked so it matches the last two games, I doubt it will happen but one can wish
