I'd kill for a current-gen port. Still probably my favorite MP experience.
Most likely nothing will happen, but still....

Yea, that was interesting. Could it explain the delay to early 2017? Doubtful myself, but who knows. Also, there was a tweet from Gamble saying to the extent of, " Who still plays ME3MP?"
Electronic Arts doesn't have any plans to release a remastered version of the Mass Effect Trilogy for Xbox One or PlayStation 4.
I never have any trouble finding a lobby and it's almost inevitably with names I don't remember seeing before, so I'd say "quite a few people."Also, there was a tweet from Gamble saying to the extent of, " Who still plays ME3MP?"
NO!
I signed this the other day and I really hope we get it!

I just want ME2 and 3 to come out through backwards compatibility. What's taking them so long anyway?

They are multi-disk games. Currently the emulation they use is essentially a disc wrapped in a software 360, so they have to work out a way for that software to be able to swap discs.
I am 45 years old and a HUGE star wars fan, first movie I ever saw in theatres, and I will tell you that MASS EFFECT could be 10 times the franchise,IF they would only put the right amount of attention into it! This trilogy would be EPICLY awesome, and to go with it they should do a TV series.Hollywood has done EVERYTHING in TV series so how AWESOME would MASS EFFECT be,larger than DEXTER,SOPRANOS,BREAKING BAD,BOARDWALK EMPIRE or even GAME OF THRONES,there are no sci fi series, and you know as well as i do anyone who bought this for last gen would definitely buy it again, especially with the BEAUTIFUL COLORS and visuals.NO game is anything like MASS EFFECT when it comes to CO_OP,and lets face it ME3 is NOW fully broke thanks to MISSLE GLITCHERS,nothing works the way it used to,biotics are especially broken so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get on this !
Yes please!
But this:
To this day, whenever I complain about an ending in any context I have to qualify my statements with "It's not Mass Effect 3 bad, but..."
It's shockingly bad in so many major ways, I still just don't understand how it happened. The extended cut fixed slightly improved one of the many glaring ways in which it was awful, but that's it. Now I'm mostly just sad about the whole situation.
After Mass Effect 1, my first instinct was to immediately play the entire game over yet again, and I did several times. After Mass Effect 2, my first instincts was to immediately play both the first games over again, and I've done that several times too. After Mass Effect 3 I just haven't been able to get back the will to play any of them. I didn't think it was possible, but Bioware created an ending so shockingly bad it didn't just ruin the one game, it retroactively ruined two of my other favourite games as well.
I suspect the whole thing has been terrible for Bioware economically too. That company used to inspire a huge amount of loyalty in its fans, and it just vanished after Mass Effect 3. Like I said, sad.

Oh yeah. And keeping Ash's booty intact, instead of the anorectic, duck-mouthed skank she was turned into...
So it won't happen now, right?

It works already, they are now testing the perfomance of these games, ME 2&3 and some other games are supposed to come out by the end of this month.

That is excellent news. I wonder how they are going to handle game imports however, as my understanding is that each game runs in its own virtual 360. Can you import from the Cloud?
Well yes it seems you can, just fired my One up to check.

Link please, as I seen no information that it will be out this soon. It was like Bioshock series would be out in the next update and that was nearly 3 months ago.
Now there is a Bioshock Collection leaked so I wonder if that series will be backward compatible at all.

The whole media is reporting that they will be available at the end of March, the marketing Xbox guy already teased that, people were even receiving emails that announced the whole BioShock trilogy for this month. Thanks for the link, but I see nothing about coming out at the end of the month. Red Dead Redemption was accidentally released back in February and that is still in testing over a month later.
It is coming but not for a while yet.
Fair enoughThe whole media is reporting that they will be available at the end of March, the marketing Xbox guy already teased that, people were even receiving emails that announced the whole BioShock trilogy for this month.
It's happening. I can even follow ME2&3 in the Xbox One, and only games that are/about to be compatible are available for that.
Also, Halo Wars was leaked in that list, and yesterday Major Nelson said the game is now available for preview members, works jus fine here.
