I would be shocked if it didn't, it's still pretty popular.
I think that could be a reason why it wouldn't, as it could stand on the toes of ME:N multiplayer.

Mass Effect Trilogy remastered for my shiny PS4 packed with all the DLC, improved visuals, photo mode-(possibly?) and the chance to relive all my favourite Mass Effecty moments in glorious 1080p 60f?...
That thought alone gives me one huge nerd boner!
BIOWARE, PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN AND TAKE MY MONEY DAMMIT!

BioWare has to now. Can't leave the poor guy hangin'.
Yes
For XBox One? Only if it came with 1] optional installation of MEHEM mod; 2] a more professional looking outfit for Diana Allers. 3] all of the DLC included.
Otherwise I am not interested so long I'm stuck with the current ending.
Hmm....you're saying if this happens I get to see Shepard commit suicide in four different shades of color, only this time in upgraded, 1080p graphics? Let's see...do I want a Mass Effect trilogy remaster...

Game is over three years old the time to change anything has been and gone.

Seeing as how MEHEM is non-canon don't get your hopes up.

*snip*
You might not want a remaster (not that there's anything wrong with that) but there are plenty of others who are interested in one.

There must be something wrong with that, otherwise you wouldn't have posted a statement that is directly contrary to what I just said.

Not really, its one thing to expect a remaster to have all the DLC, improved textures and bug fixes but for a remaster to have something like a new priority: earth 3+ years after its released is rather unrealistic.
If the combat is like me3 for all 3 games or at least 2 and 3 yes, if it has all the dlc all pre order bonuses and collector's edition items yes, new content yes,me 1 hd what looks like 2 and 3 yes, so yes yes yes bring it to me

They could at least reuse some of the cut content there. There's audio files for Jack/Grunt/Zaeed/etc on Earth fighting... And who knows what else. They must've had something better planned. I think the only reason Priority Earth is shitty is that they didn't have time (and I don't even mind the endings btw. It's just Earth that I dislike).

Maybe they could but even then I wouldn't get my hopes up especially since Bioware is focused on the next title and remasters in general have small budgets.

Good advice, I suppose. ![]()
One thing to consider when thinking about "what should be included" is BioWare's track record of porting games is they farm it out to other developers to get ready for release. With that in consideration I just can't see any real changes to the games aside from assets that already exist such as the chance of DLC inclusion or something similar to what happened with The Last of Us when they used the cinematic assets in the rest of the game.
As nice as this would be, the question I think EA and BioWare are asking themselves is would it cause more negativity then its worth as well. It took years for the complaints about Mass Effect 3 to go away and would it be a good thing to have the very real chance of re-igniting them a few months to a year before releasing the next game. For I doubt there would be any significant changes to Mass Effect 1 or the ending of Mass Effect 3 so would people who don't get what they want in those areas start to flame everything to do with the next game.
Edit:
One thing I am left wondering too, is if EA and BioWare do decide to make a full remastered edition would they keep it digital only to keep a stranglehold on the price of the game if the DLC is included.

Yeah, because Shepard's death is totally what Mass Effect is all about. ![]()
Story? Characters? Romances? Combat? Missions? They spoiled the game.

Oh, I hope not! I don't like getting digital copies, personally. The only time I get them is for episodic games, since there's little choice there.

And then ending haters bash Bioware for mentioning Shepard's death as the reason for their hate...
I think that could be a reason why it wouldn't, as it could stand on the toes of ME:N multiplayer.
Multiplayer is pretty front-loaded though, if it came out like 2 months before ME:N and/or was better than ME:N's MP then it'd be a problem. If it came out 6 months to a year before ME:N it would probably get more people into that mode, also I have no doubt ME:N will improve on it.
Yeah i want it!
(on ps4 x) )
I personally don't think we need a remastered edition, unless they did something crazy like redid all the graphics for each and every part and added new DLC or something. I have bought the ME series and all DLC on PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and also got ME3 on Wii U; they all look the same, even the PC version on high settings, it would have to take like 4K resolutions, enhanced colors, change every texture out, add new game play, sorta like how Capcom did to the original Resident evil and redid it for the GameCube and eventually PS3/4.
With the technology they made for Dragon Age, the cloud import/Dragon's Keep, I dont see why we would need a remastered collection to import choices/decisions from the original trilogy as well. Sure its nice to go back and play it on your "current" system you are using now, ie PS4, Xbone, but for myself, who has spent hundreds of dollars on these series, if all Bioware did was up-rez the textures, I would not pick it up. That's my opinion anyways lol
Yes please!
I would LOVE a remastered ME trilogy for my PS4. I would absolutely buy it, I really, rally hope they do this. This is my favourite game series. Please do this Bioware ![]()
I'd personally be good with no re-master to HD.
I still play ME 1 - 3 on my PC and I'm about to play the ending of ME3 with MEHEM (latest version) for the first time.
BUT...
If Bioware changes ME3's ending... Well HECK YES. Remaster away. I'll buy.
I'd help fund it.
Yes i definitely would, add so more DLC(cosmetics and stuff) and improve character creation and will insta buy. It'll be perfect for my Xone.
