I would love to have a volus squad mate! Remember the little guy on Illium who was buying stuff for his suit? He needed things for "maximum speed" and all that. "Something that says, I own this room". Ahhh...the volus!
could totally see a squad member being a volus who has a super-rigged up suit that let's him do all kinds of awesome stuff. I mean...they basically walk around in full armor anyway. And their hands look like they would be deft at some cool weaponry...or fine tools and such. Bring on the volus!
